The Hotham is wind resistant and water repellent, but is not water-proof.
Features include :
-tuck-away hood which can be zipped into place or removed completely
-large rear zip pocket
-under-arm zips for ventilation
-fully line, including the arms to the wrist
-velcroed wrist bands so you can get the wrists as tight as you like
-a high collar to keep your neck warm
-a wide front zip flap to minimise wind and rain seeping through to your jersey
-reflective dots down the back and tape right round the body for extra safety
