A.B.C. OFFERS A HASSLE FREE RETURNS POLICY

Any new item can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.

Please note If an exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately. Please do not return any damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our contact page or give us a call.

*SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS: NO Exchange or refund on sale items so please choose carefully.

RETURNS SHIPPING?

In the unlikely circumstance you are not content with your purchase, you may return the parcel to us in secure and protected packaging for a refund or exchange within the guidelines below. Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us.

Please note: We cannot exchange garments worn on the lower part of the body (knicks, bibs, some shy shorts) for obvious hygiene reasons, so please choose carefully.

WHAT DO I DO?

Please fill out the email form at the bottom of this page or alternatively include a handwritten note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded.

Prepare your parcel and pop a copy of your email or your note inside. Then ship the item back to us by dropping it off at an Australian Post Office and await a quick response from our customer service team who will handle this with pleasure and process either the exchange or your refund. 


Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us.

Please keep your tracking number returns process can take up to 7 working days, you will be notified by email, SMS or phone call once your returns have been processed.

 

IMPORTANT TIPS

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Is the item working perfectly?
  • Is it in good condition?

If your answer to either question is "no" then the sportswear item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once the tags/factory tape has been removed, A.B.C. will not accept the returned item

 

 

                                                                                       WARRANTY

 
UNO products are guaranteed for 12 months from the purchase date. If your garment is found to be faulty due to workmanship or fabric breakdown, it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
